Joshua D. Ramirez was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. Joshua graduated from Loyola Law School with his Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws in Taxation, which he earned with distinction.

Joshua began his career working for an elder law and estate planning firm in Orange County, California. Joshua’s legal knowledge and passion quickly made Joshua a partner. Joshua decided to form his own firm at the beginning of the pandemic to continue to serve the public. Joshua spends his free time with his wife Marissa and two children, Jack (9) and Reagan (4).

Tessa Roberts is originally from Colorado where she remained after graduating from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law to clerk for the Honorable Judith L. LaBuda. Tessa went on to pass the California bar exam and began working in estate planning and trust litigation.

Tessa loves the balance that this practice area gives her with giving her clients the confidence that their assets are taken care of while also being able to advocate for her client’s interests in the courtroom. In her free time, Tessa is likely doing yoga, reading a book, or taking some time out in nature.
